Oven-Baked Salmon
Crispy salmon with roasted potatoes and herbs

Flaked smoked fish layered with potatoes and dill cream. This delicious gluten-free meal is part of our weekly meal plan collections.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish.
Layer half the potatoes, season, then spread flaked fish and dill over them.
Top with remaining potatoes. Mix cream with garlic and pour over.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
