Oven-Baked Salmon
Crispy salmon with roasted potatoes and herbs

Pan-seared salmon in ginger sauce with steamed greens. This delicious gluten-free meal is part of our weekly meal plan collections.
Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and rice vinegar for sauce.
Heat sesame oil in pan. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside.
Stir-fry bok choy in same pan 2–3 minutes.
Return salmon, pour sauce over, cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
