Flaky cod fillets with fresh herbs, lemon, and roasted broccoli. This delicious gluten-free meal is part of our weekly meal plan collections.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss broccoli with oil and roast 15 minutes.
Season cod with salt, pepper, herbs, and garlic. Place on top of broccoli.
Lay lemon slices on cod. Roast 15 more minutes until fish flakes easily.
Serve immediately with extra lemon.
