Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden. Add paprika, cumin, and chilli.
Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
Make wells, crack in eggs. Cover and cook 6โ8 minutes until whites set.
Garnish with cilantro, serve with warm GF bread.
