Spiced lamb skewers with fresh vegetables and tahini sauce. This delicious gluten-free meal is part of our weekly meal plan collections.
Mix lamb with garlic and all spices. Divide into 8 portions and mould onto skewers.
Grill or pan-fry skewers 10โ12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Make salad: combine cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley with lemon and olive oil.
Mix tahini with lemon juice, water, and salt until drizzleable. Serve with kebabs.
