Gluten-free pasta with fresh spinach and tomato sauce

GF pasta with shrimp, white wine, and fresh basil. This delicious gluten-free meal is part of our weekly meal plan collections.
Cook pasta per instructions and reserve pasta water.
Fry garlic in oil 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.
Add white wine and reduce by half. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Return shrimp, toss in pasta. Add pasta water to loosen. Top with fresh basil.
