Gluten-free pasta with fresh spinach and tomato sauce

GF rice noodles with sliced beef, mushrooms, and garlic sauce. This delicious gluten-free meal is part of our weekly meal plan collections.
Soak noodles in boiling water per package. Drain and set aside.
Toss beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry in hot oil 2 minutes. Remove.
Stir-fry mushrooms and garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining soy sauce and sesame oil.
Return beef and noodles, toss everything together. Top with spring onions.
