Shakshuka Night
Eggs poached in spiced tomato sauce with crusty GF bread
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 x 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro
- GF bread to serve
Instructions

Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden. Add paprika, cumin, and chilli.

Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.

Make wells, crack in eggs. Cover and cook 6–8 minutes until whites set.

Garnish with cilantro, serve with warm GF bread.
