Savoury Oat Pancakes

GF oat pancakes topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 200 g GF oats, blended to flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

    Blend oats to a fine flour. Mix with eggs, milk, baking powder, and pinch of salt.

    Fry 8 small pancakes in butter 2 minutes per side.

    Mix cream cheese with lemon zest and dill.

  4. 4

    Top each pancake with cream cheese mixture and smoked salmon.
