GF Waffle & Bacon Night

Crispy waffles served with bacon, scrambled eggs, and fresh berries

Ingredients

  • 200 g GF flour blend
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 400 g bacon
  • 6 eggs (scrambled)
  • 250 g mixed fresh berries

Instructions

    Whisk flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, and butter into a batter.

    Cook in a waffle iron until golden and crispy.

  3. 3

    Fry bacon until crispy. Scramble remaining eggs in butter.

    Serve waffles with bacon, eggs, and berries.
