French Toast Dinner

GF bread dipped in egg, cinnamon, and served with turkey sausage

Ingredients

  • 8 slices GF bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 250 g turkey sausage
  • Fresh berries and maple syrup

Instructions

    Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.

    Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides.

  3. 3

    Fry in butter 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

    Cook sausages alongside. Serve with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
