Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

Comforting broth with shredded chicken, noodles, and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 litre chicken broth
  • 300 g GF rice noodles
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Place chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and broth in slow cooker.

    Cook on low 7 hours or high 4 hours.

    Remove chicken, shred, return to pot.

    Cook noodles separately per package. Add to soup and serve with parsley.
