Pulled Pork Slow Cooker
Tender pulled pork with smoky spices and caramelized onions
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork shoulder
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Rub pork with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Sear in oil in a hot pan all over, about 8 minutes total.

Place onions and garlic in slow cooker. Add pork and broth.

Cook on low 8 hours or high 4–5 hours. Shred with two forks before serving.
