Beef Chilli (No Beans)

Rich, warming chilli with beef and spices over baked potato

Ingredients

  • 900 g ground beef
  • 4 potatoes (for baking)
  • 2 x 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Pierce and bake potatoes at 200°C for 55 minutes.

    Brown beef in a large pot. Drain excess fat.

    Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Add spices, stir 1 minute.

    Add tomatoes, simmer 30 minutes. Serve over split baked potatoes.
