Crumbled beef over greens with toppings from Monday

Ingredients

  • Leftover beef patties, crumbled
  • 200 g mixed salad greens
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Warm crumbled patties in a pan over medium heat.
