Juicy Beef Burgers & Fries
GF buns with homemade beef patties and crispy baked potatoes
Ingredients
- 600 g ground beef
- 4 GF burger buns
- 1 kg potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and paprika
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments
Instructions

Toss potato wedges with oil, paprika, salt. Roast at 220°C for 35 minutes.

Mix beef, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties.

Cook patties in a hot pan 4 minutes per side for medium.

Assemble burgers and serve with fries.

- Save leftover patties for Tuesday salad.
