Creamy Shrimp Pasta

GF pasta with plump shrimp in white wine and garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g gluten-free pasta
  • 600 g shrimp, peeled
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt, pepper, and lemon

Instructions

    Cook pasta per instructions. Reserve pasta water.

    Melt butter, fry garlic 1 minute. Add shrimp 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.

    Deglaze with white wine, reduce by half. Add cream, simmer 3 minutes.

    Return shrimp, toss with pasta and parsley. Add pasta water to loosen.
