Smoked Fish & Potato Bake
Flaked smoked fish layered with potatoes and dill cream
Ingredients
- 400 g smoked fish, flaked
- 1 kg potatoes, thinly sliced
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Butter a baking dish.

Layer half the potatoes, season, then spread flaked fish and dill over them.

Top with remaining potatoes. Mix cream with garlic and pour over.

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
