Vietnamese Pork Lettuce Wraps
Seasoned ground pork in crisp lettuce with lime and mint
Ingredients
- 500 g ground pork
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp GF soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Fresh mint and cilantro
- 2 limes
- 1 carrot, julienned
Instructions

Brown pork in a hot pan with garlic, breaking up as it cooks.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Cook 2 more minutes.

Wash and separate lettuce leaves to use as cups.

Spoon pork into lettuce cups. Top with carrot, mint, cilantro, and lime juice.

- Serve immediately — lettuce cups wilt quickly once filled.
