Monday curry over jasmine rice with cucumber and fresh herbs
Ingredients
- Leftover Thai green curry
- 300 g jasmine rice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Reheat curry gently in a pan over low heat.
