Ginger Salmon with Bok Choy
Pan-seared salmon in ginger sauce with steamed greens
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (600 g)
- 4 heads bok choy, halved
- 3 tbsp GF soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and rice vinegar for sauce.

Heat sesame oil in pan. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side. Set aside.

Stir-fry bok choy in same pan 2–3 minutes.

Return salmon, pour sauce over, cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
