Pan-Roasted Chicken with Herbs

Juicy chicken thighs with rosemary, lemon, and garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thighs
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic.

    Heat oil in an ovenproof pan. Sear chicken skin-side down 5 minutes until golden.

    Flip, add lemon slices and rosemary. Transfer pan to oven.

    Roast 25 minutes until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

💡Tips

  • Searing before roasting gives the skin incredible crispness.
