Turkish Lamb Kebab & Salad
Spiced lamb skewers with fresh vegetables and tahini sauce
Ingredients
- 700 g ground lamb
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- Fresh parsley
- 150 g tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

Mix lamb with garlic and all spices. Divide into 8 portions and mould onto skewers.

Grill or pan-fry skewers 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Make salad: combine cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley with lemon and olive oil.

Mix tahini with lemon juice, water, and salt until drizzleable. Serve with kebabs.
