Moroccan Spiced Chicken
Warm spiced chicken with dried fruit and roasted carrots
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 1 kg carrots, halved
- 100 g dried apricots
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Rub chicken with spices, salt, and pepper.

Brown chicken in oil in a large pot. Remove.

Cook onions and garlic 5 minutes. Return chicken with carrots and apricots.

Add 200 ml water, cover and simmer 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
